This page explains what happens to the details you give us. Sigra Projects Limited is responsible for them.
What we collect
Your answers in the enquiry assistant or the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the property location, details of the job and any photos you choose to add.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and give you an estimate. If you give an email address we also send you one confirmation message. We do not sell your details or use them for anything unrelated.
Who sees it
Sigra Projects and the online tools we use to receive and store enquiries (Google Sheets, Google Drive for photos, and Gmail), Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and Anthropic, if you use the AI assistant. If you send an enquiry through WhatsApp or email, that service also handles it.
The AI assistant
When the chat is in AI mode, the messages you type are sent through our server to an AI service run by Anthropic, which writes the replies. When you give your name and phone number, they are saved to our Google Sheet with a short summary of the conversation, so we can call you back. Please don't share payment details or anything sensitive in the chat.
How long we keep it
For up to 12 months, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing sigraprojects@gmail.com. This site does not use cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.
